Can I get a loan from a bank that requires no co-signer?

I've filled out my FAFSA and my college has given me the most that they could, which was 1/3 of my tuition. I've applied for scholarships in High School and it still wasn't enough. Every time I apply for a loan that requires a co signer, I get rejected because of my father's bad credit. I have no credit, and I'm 17, is there a private lender that would give me an education loan?
