Deploying to Kuwait for duty. What should I expect? Food? Gym? Internet? Stuff to do off base? Phones?

Kuwait is amazing. I was deployed there for 6 months with the air force. The pool is mive and a lot of people go there every day...fun times. Ali Al Salem is where I was and it indeed had a huge gym.. rec center with internet/phones/ps3/ps2/xbox360/pool tables/movie theatre. Also the chow hall is pretty good.
