CONSENTUAL TEENAGE .......?

If two underage teenagers ages 16 and 17 had consent consensual , should one or both parties be labeled as a child molester and charged with (UAL WITH A CHILD 16+) Do you also think that they should be able to get a pardon from these charges? Even if they have an extensive record that does not involved in any other ual crimes. Also if the two parties are still together after 16 years and have 3 children, should they have a charge and still be labeled as a child molester. This labeling can cause a hard time getting employment. Please read carefully and answer with a YES; for giving a pardon and a NO for no pardon.
