My brother is just evil. He is 20 years old and he acts like a spoiled brat?

my older brother RYAN is the most selfish person i every met. my family is letting him stay with us util he can get everything settled with his new house and how does he repay us? He calls us retards, drunks, drug addics and idiots, he beats up my little brother who is 9, wreaks are cars, insult my parents parenting, and acts likes he is the only person who can do everything right. He will stare at us and say what are you doing in annoying voice and say thats stupid or wrong, and worst of he is driving mom and dad so crazy i'm worried one day one of them will snap and i am not over reacting, they've come close more times then i can count. Please give some advice, im just want to tell him off but he always just says "shut up you little idiot", hes 20 and and acts like he is perfection. he needs to be stopped.
