Question about Martha's Vineyard?

Commuting to the Vineyard every workday would be very taxing AND expensive if you would be ferrying a car both ways daily. Not only that but if the weather is really bad the ferries don't run at all. Also commuting over the Cape Cod C would be horrible during the summer months with all the traffic (only 2 bridges)!
