Selling 1996 Ford Explorer; Should I sell it to a Ford dealer or Carmax?

I need to sell asap but I don't know how much to ask for. Its a V8 4-door w/ leather thats scratched up but not really damaged other than the console. The power window ons on the driver side have fallen into the door a bit, but are still accessable. The stereo was stolen three days ago, so no stereo; There is no rust on the body but the right front bumper needs repair due to a "fender-bender". Its bent under a little. It has cruise control, rear air, alloy wheels, sunroof, roof rack. There is also some engine repair that needs to be done, but would cost a mechanic no more than $200 to fix. KBB quoted $2900 for "Fair" condition, but Im concerned that any dealer is going to rip me off because of the issue with the pwr window ons, the poor running condition and the bent bumper. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance
