Honda prelude stalk switch?

simple question, i have a 1992 45h gen RHD prelude with lights/indicators on right and wipers on left, i want to get a set of stalks from a LHD prelude which has indicators on left and wipers on right and fit it to my car, is the connecter the same and where can i get the stalks from? thanks
