Were Jorma Taccone and Akiva Shaffer ever part of the cast on SNL?

Out of The Lonely Island (from which we get 'I'm on a Boat' and '**** In My Pants') I know for a fact Andy Samburg is a cast member on SNL. (As do most people.) But are the other two? I was never quite sure.
