Does this girl like me?

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING. THE TEACHER IS THE ONE WHO SAID ABOUT MAKING THE MOVE. I was in homeroom and there is this girl that has been walking by me and making eye contact. I sit pretty much by myself in the back left hand side of the clroom. She sits on the other side of the clroom in the middle of the room. Anyways today when they give a bell for people who take the bus to leave everyone has to put our chairs up. She does that and walks in front of me and goes in back of me and look at something stays for a little bit sighs and walks towards the window. Then shes flips her hair or something. She then goes by the teacher and talks to him. I cant hear her but he said something about making the move. So I was going to try and say hey because I barely know her but her and her friend walked away together. Does she like me? If you think so what should I say to her tomorrow. We have never spoken to eachother. She is shy when I am little more social. We also made eyes contact before she walked over.
