Help! What's wrong with my cat?

Hope you're seeing the vet as soon as possible. A combination of vomiting, diarrhea and incontinence strongly suggests to me that it's a problem with something internal, whether part of the digestive tract or quite possibly the kidneys. I don't think anyone here will be able to diagnose this for you, just see the vet asap so he can examine the cat properly.
