Maybe if you go to the grocery store and get some extra boxes, so you can cut strips that are about 2'' wide by about 5''-8'' long. Bend the cardboard strip about an inch away from the top at a 90 on each end. . Glue one end to the back of your picture's board and use the other end to nail to the wall.. You may have to play with it a bit to get the design right. If you push the top part out, the bottom part should (hopefully) angle toward the wall due to gravity..
