Is it anything to worry about?

on the sunday just gone i was involved in a car accident as a front seat penger. as we were turning right someone tried to overtake and hit the drivers side door at aprox 70mph and our car was flung to the other side of the road and span. initial injuries to myself and the driver were only minor (whiplash) and i had hit my head on the side of the car pretty hard but i was esed and told it was only a minor head injury. on the tuesday i was taken to a&e as i had a bad pain on my right side and i had come up with a mive bruise, they found blood in my urine so i was scanned and told it was the all clear and it was just where i had a small contusion on my kidney. ever since i have had bad headaches and feeling sick but havnt been sick and very very tired all the time. also my heart rate is very fast all the time as i can feel it, and wheneva i count my pulse it always over 95 a minuit. i did go to my doc today for a check up and she did a neuro test and she sed everything was fine but im usually fit and healthy with a pulse below 70 as i do fitness. is it normal after a bad accident?
