Need advice with Uk work visa Tier 2 general, maintenance requirement?

if my personal funds have not been in my own account for more than 3 months, can either of my parents submit (to the Brit Emby) their bank statement with a letter stating they will support me for at least a month?will this be sufficient to get the visa or is there any other way around the 3 month time line? my employer is only offering accomodation.
